Most girls are taught to avoid risk and failure** while boys are taught to play rough and to be brave. Many girls say** "I'm afraid to raise my hands to ask a question because I don't want to be the only one who doesn't understand".

Now I need each of you to tell every young woman you know to be comfortable with imperfection. We have to show them that they will be loved and accepted not for being perfect but for being courageous.
